I have to agree w/Trav on this one. I doubt there are too many 15 yr old girls at the Ursuline Academy who could pull off a Joan of Arc. Plus another thing, 500 years ago people lived on average to be, what, 45? 50 at most? Nowadays, 45 is often about the half-way point. There was a much narrower window back in the days.

But that said, as I mentioned earlier, I can live with whatever the legislature deems to be the age of consent. As regards the topic of this thread, my concern what that a teacher-student relationship should not itself create criminal conduct where it otherwise would not exist.
